When the Shops Shut

When the Shops Shut told the tales of vanishing villages and the people who live in them. Evocative, charming and funny the show bought these communities to life in a vivid blend of dance, theatre, film, poetry and music, featuring the film work of Mark Jenkin and the poetry of Anna Maria Murphy (Kneehigh Theatre) and Murray Lachlan-Young.
